Welcome to almix.ae. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions & Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your emirate of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to provide a seamless and fast shipping experience across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Timeframe: All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Coverage: We deliver to all major cities and accessible regions within the UAE.
Delivery Fees: Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
Delays: While we strive to meet our 1-3 business days timeline, occasional delays may occur due to courier logistics or remote location access.
3. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)
To ensure maximum security and trust for our customers in the UAE, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
You agree to pay the exact order amount in cash (AED) to the courier agent upon receiving your package.
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the provided delivery address to accept the package and fulfill the payment.
Repeated refusal to accept COD orders without a valid reason may result in the suspension of your account or future ordering privileges on almix.ae.
4. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
A. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Sealed products (such as honey, cosmetics, personal care items, or dyes) cannot be returned once the seal or packaging is opened due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Damaged or Wrong Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
C. Refund Process for Cash on Delivery (COD):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Since your original payment was made via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer to a UAE bank account provided by the customer, or issued as a Store Credit/Discount Voucher, according to your preference.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for the return courier shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
